With qualified cosmetic nurse Carolyn. New Clients will need a consultation & treatment apt. Your deposit will come off your treatment on the day. Any no shows will loose dep. Please call to book if you have any concerns about how much time you may need.

Cancellation Policy

We appreciate a 24 hrs notice for any cancellations. It is our policy due to no shows that it must be given in advance if not we are sorry say the appointment deposit will be taken. Alternatively, you can call the salon if you are unable to change it online and and speak to one of our staff. We understand that unforeseen things come up and are more than happy to help reschedule your apt as best we can.
